I started C Johnson Design Ltd in January 2013 as a small website design and development company based in Wallsend, Tyne & Wear. As director I took care of business management, website design & development and finance. Starting with just myself, C Johnson Design soon grew to working with several other website developers and video producers.

C Johnson Design was the beginning of my website design and development path and is where I developed a website for my first client - Pirtek Tyne and Wear.

Working in a busy Curry's PC World mega-store, I provided excellent customer service to anyone who came into store and I also worked as an IT technician setting up laptops, diagnosing faults and fixing PC's.

Since starting at KNOWHOW in October 2013, I have developed my skills and in July 2014 I became Team Leader of KNOWHOW at Currys PC World in Silverlink, North Shields. My role involves ensuring the department meets and exceeds targets, developing colleagues, managing stock/ensuring low stock loss, computer repairs and most importantly maintaining high customer satisfaction rates.
